Accepted files

PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF and ZIP are accepted. The form allows up to five files of 20 MB each. For larger files, submit the request and tell us you need a transfer link.

Rights

Only upload files you have the right to share and reproduce. Do not upload trademarks, copyrighted characters, team logos, celebrity images or other material you do not control. We may decline a job if ownership is unclear.

What we do not accept

• Files with unclear ownership or obvious infringement.
• Illegal content, malware or files designed to attack a system.
• Jobs that require legal, licensing or trademark advice.

Storage and access

Files are stored privately and used only to quote and prepare the job. Access is limited to people working on the request. Files are not published and are not used for marketing.

Retention and deletion

We keep files for the period needed to quote, deliver and support the job, then delete them. If you want a file deleted earlier, email hello@prepressa.com with the request reference. Some records may be kept where required for accounting or dispute resolution.

Security

Uploads are transmitted over HTTPS. The site validates file metadata, limits file size and stores files in private storage. No system is perfectly secure; do not upload sensitive personal data that is not needed for the job.
