What this policy covers

This policy explains what Prepressa collects when you use the website, request a quote or sign in with Google. It is a plain-language baseline for the service, not legal advice.

Information you give us

• Contact details (email, name, shop or company) and the production details you submit in the quote form.
• The files you upload for review. Files are used to quote and prepare the job, not for marketing.
• Messages you send to hello@prepressa.com.

Google sign-in

The optional Google sign-in is provided by the shared google-login component. If you sign in, we receive your Google email, name and profile picture to show in the account widget. We do not receive or store your Google password, and we do not request access to Gmail, Drive or contacts. The session is stored in a signed, HttpOnly cookie on this domain for up to 30 days; signing out clears it.

Files and retention

Uploaded files are private. We keep them for the period needed to quote, deliver and support the job, then delete them according to the file upload policy. You can ask us to delete a file earlier by emailing hello@prepressa.com.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are used and whether forms work. We do not sell personal information. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy will be updated before they are used.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Uploaded files and quote records may be stored in Cloudflare storage. Google provides the optional sign-in. These providers process data on our behalf; they are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.

Your choices

• Request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing hello@prepressa.com.
• Use the site without signing in; an account is not required to request a quote.
• Ask us not to keep a file after the job is delivered.
